In my previous post I have mentioned a Windows hot-fix for the synchronisation bug you may encounter using Windows 7 64 bit and iTunes 9.0.2.
I can see in the stats that many people have found this blog post. The big question remains: Did it work for you?

nope, unfortunately hotfix didnt work.. 🙁 running Dell XPS on Win 7 Ultimate x64..
ps. anybody did any power management comparison test Win 7 x86 vs. Win 7 x64 with same iTunes version? Just curious.. 🙂
so, the ultimate solution for ultimate, pro or enterprise versions >> install the XP mode in Virtual PC > in XP mode install 32bit iTunes > there you go.. 🙂
Tried this hotfix and did nothing to solve my problem.
Too bad it did not work for you guys. I recently installed Win 7 64bit again for a friend of mine, had the same problem and the hotfix solved it again.
